I’ve been out and about this week photographing the recently refurbished Novotel London Tower Bridge Hotel, a beautiful new hotel, right in the city next to The Tower of London – some great, modern and very interesting photography. I stayed into the night to get some “night-time” shots of the outside of the Hotel, which gave me a couple of hours to sit beside the river with a pint!

We’ve had a couple of family sittings in the studio, one very nice lady, Alex, with her loving dog, Poppy. It was quite funny, the dog came in bounding and when she saw the camera, went really shy and hid behind her mum! She kept turning her head away from the camera – It took quite a few doggy treats to get her attention, and she soon got used to being a model dog! Alex has bought a wonderful multi frame of herself and Poppy, which she is giving to her Husband as a Birthday Pressie – What a great idea!

Amongst all the ‘Out and About’ jobs, the Weddings are building up, the editing is starting to become a full-time job again, the silly  season is now upon us, and were back to working into the early hours again! Yeah, Bring it on!

Jo is off to Royal Ascot on Friday with a load of ladies from the village (an annual day out which is talked about for ages), and she’s got rather a huge Picnic planned with lots of wine, and I’m jealous!

Though she has left me something that looks like a Prawn salad in the fridge – tasty!!
